Policies & Procedures
We accept credit cards, MasterCard and Visa, and personal checks for all EquiPresence programs and services. A 50% deposit is required to reserve space in a workshop. Full payment must be made 48 hrs prior to the start of services. You must also complete our liability form, and for your safety, closed toed shoes are the only acceptable form of footwear.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled program, a 48 hour cancellation notice must be e-mailed to kyle@EquiPresence.com prior to the actual date of your visit, or no refund will be issued. Phone cancellations are not acceptable for a refund. Emergency refunds will be granted at the discretion of MCET minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Please note that we are located on the edge of a tropical rainforest and passing showers are the norm. Please be prepared for occasional rain and/or windy conditions. We reserve the right to run workshops at an alternative location in the case of inclement weather. If we are forced to cancel programs due to dangerous weather conditions, your fee will be either credited towards another program or refunded.
